Service Advisor / Assistant Manager
This candidate will administer company policies/procedures through leadership, manage staff, prepare schedules and assign duties, manage all safety, health and environmental processes, as well as review financial reports sales and activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement and manage payroll and efficiencies for all employees within the store. Must have experience in the Commercial Tire industry, previous experience as a service manager is preferred.
Successful candidates must have managerial experience, leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, and have the ability to deal with all levels of personnel.
